We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where a signature is required.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
The information provided through our service is intended to support, not replace, your relationship with your regular GP or healthcare provider. Weight loss medications carry risks and potential side effects. You should inform your GP that you are using our service.
If you experience any adverse effects, you should stop taking your medication and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Frome does not accept liability for any harm arising from the provision of false or incomplete medical information by the patient.
